In 2016 it was proposed that the current home of the Argentina Neuguén Mission President be sold and a new one purchased. The Mormon Church was advised by a local real estate agency that the optimal listing price for the home was $596,000. This information, along with a PowerPoint presentation giving an overview of the home and another presentation giving an overview of the proposed new home, was submitted for approval.
