This document was put to use in 2008 and is meant to be used by the facilities department to assess the condition of meetinghouses. The document uses a 5-point rating system. '1' is meant to represent what would be acceptable for a temple and '5' means the item must be replaced. Meetinghouses do not need to rate at a '1' to be considered up to standards.
